Apple TV 4k

What causes increased buffering on Netflix and Prime after installing Apple TV 4K? Increased internet to 400gb… Sony Bravia 4K. Changed video from 4K to 1080. It buffers at both.

This is what is happening.... need help... see photos.


Done all of this... disconnect apple tv, reset Apple tv, disconnected apple tv, modem and router and then restarted everything

Spectrum is internet provider. Tech came out and said everything looks good from their side signal is stron speed test is close to 400 MBs download and 22 up load (their modem is (DOCSIS 3.1eMTA EU2251). Netgear tech updated all firmware on router (Model R6400).

• Image quality is extremely poor (fuzzy)

• type is out of focus and looks bold with pixeled edge

• extreme buffering on Netflix and Prime

• when watching regular TV news etc. picture will freeze and audio will continue and buffering issues as well
