First, you'll want to make sure we're following the proper steps for using this specific feature and also that all requirements are met:


Use Continuity Camera on your Mac - Apple Support

System requirements for Continuity on Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support


If everything checks out right and you're using the correct steps, we can suggest some additional troubleshooting steps. You can try to disable handoff, then restart all your device, iPhone and Mac. To disable handoff, on your iPhone go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff:

Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac - Apple Support
