Good afternoon, I applied for a refund, now I am told that the funds have been returned. But nothing was received at the expense, help me with this question.

Refund Hello, recently from my bank card was withdrawn money from an app that i didnt mean to buy. After that i requested a refund on support apple.com. In the refund status it shows that refund has been made, but i still didnt recieve money. Whats the issue?
