I bought an iPhone but did not know it was locked so now I have iPhone for over 3 months , I want to use it what do I do

Generally, you ask the seller to remove the lock or give you a refund. If you bought it from Apple, an authorized reseller, or a wireless carrier, you can instead submit an unlock request at the linked article.
