Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It appears that you're having trouble with Apple Music, so we'd like to share some information. If you haven't done so already, Restart your iPhone. Sometimes this simple step can resolve unexpected behavior. If restarting doesn't help, connect your iPhone to a different network to see if that makes any difference. If this happens on multiple networks, make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Are you signed in to any other devices? If so, check to see if you can play the songs on that device.


If you need more help, reply to this message with the answers to these questions:


  • Does this happen with songs on a specific album or from a specific artist?
  • If you're using an accessory, does disconnecting it help?
  • Have you been able to play these songs in the past? If so, do you recall anything that may have changed before the issue began?
