I forgot my apple id password and also gmail password. I want to reset my apple id password.

For the gmail password, go to the gmail web site, and at the login area, there should be a reset password option.
After recovering the gmail password, if you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
