Apple health - Resting heart rate

I’m a bit disappointed with the resting heart rate measurement in apple health.

I wear my watch when I sleep and usually, that is when the measurements are added to apple health. But sometimes it thinks I’m “resting” during work or after exercising and my resting heart rate for the day is recorded 10 - 15 bpm above normal.

If resting heart rate is to be used as a health prediction, it should only collect data during sleep and not try to guess when you are at rest.

So is there a way to force the measurements only to be recorded during sleep?

I also use Heart Analyzer that has an actual sleep heart rate trend. But I like to have all the health data in one place.
