Verification failed on TV app sign in

I am trying to sign on to the Apple TV app on a Hisense Q7G TV. Multiple attempts to sign in using the 2 factor code entered to the end of the password have failed. I have signed in to my windows PC without any of issue.

We understand that you're having trouble signing in to your Apple TV app on your smart tv. With it working on the PC, then we know your account is alright. With this specific to the tv, we'd recommend first reinstalling the app if you can. Otherwise, contact the television manufacturer for further assistance.
