We understand that your AirPods Pro are charged, but that you’re encountering an issue when attempting to pair them with your iPhone. It also looks like you were able to review the reset steps via How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro
What happens when you attempt to pair your AirPods with your iPhone? Are you able to connect them with any other device? Testing the pairing will allow us to isolate the situation a bit more.
Additionally, you put in your profile that we are working with iOS 14. Please be sure all the incremental updates are installed through iOS 14.7.1. You can check that in Settings > General > Software Update.
