Drop Box
I had two Drop Box subscriptions- 11.99 and 9.99 and neither have ever synched. I continuously receive notifications that they are not synched. I have spent a lot of money each month and I am extremely disappointed. I canceled the 11.99 subscription but cannot see the 9.99 in my Apple settings to cancel the subscription even though I see the Apple receipt.
Please help me cancel and refund what is due.
