Not phone is no longer in service but I am still paying for additional storage. I note have a new IPhone with a different number, can my storage plan be transferred to my new phone/number?

Can additional memory plan be transferred from one phone to another?

iCloud storage is linked to the Apple ID that you use for iCloud, not to a specific device or phone number.
