Hi forgot my password to my iPad how do I unlock it and stuff all my apps and information saved

If your iPad is disabled, you will need to get access to a computer to restore it. You will need to do this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211078. Hopefully you have a recent backup because any data that you had on it is gone now. You will need to reload your most recent backup.
