Activation Lock

Quite frustrating with apple support. Already give my proof of ownership (purchased receipt) but still get answer: “ We are unable to process your request at this time.”

Please try to explain further what is the cause. Very bad after sales.

My iPad is accidentally got activation locked because of my son. Apple id that used for activation in that iPad already removed (deleted) before without being removed from the iPad. I tried https://al-support.apple.com/#/kbase and give the ownership proof (receipt), but their answer only (We are unable to process your request at this time) without any explanation. I’m in Indonesia and there is no official apple store here.
