It sounds like you’re having problems with connecting to iCloud while connected to a cellular network and we're happy to help! We'd like for you to follow the steps found in the Apple Support articles below, then check to see if the issue is still there after each one:
- If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud
- Check cellular data settings: View or change cellular data settings on iPhone
- If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad
- Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues
