If you buy it from Apple directly, no.
If you buy it from somewhere else there is no telling who refurbished it or what parts they used.
Apple refurbished are refurbished using only OEM parts. That’s why they come with a full standard Apple one year warranty and are eligible for AppleCare+ as they’ve been refurbished to like new condition.

The only OEM refurbished Apple devices are those sold directly by Apple. Anybody else is doing some form of third party refurbishment so you should read their fine print about what they actually consider the process of refurbishment entails.
Thanks, I thought so. Got a refurbished phone from Apple store a few months back. The Apple store suggested that my phone had third party parts and was no eligible for replacement by Apple Care.
