How do I get back my clock app, seems to have disappeared

Good thing is that the Clock app cannot be deleted from your iPhone. It is part of the iOS. If you cannot locate it on your Home Screen(s) then it should be in the App Library. The App Library is the last Home Screen on your iPhone if you continue to SWIPE LEFT until you reach it. Once you get to the App Library then find the Utilities folder and the Clock app should be in there.
Touch and Hold the Clock app and then drag it out of the App Library and on to your favorite spot on the Home Screen.
