Apple TV and EPIX access

I’m a newbie, and know very little about accessing digital content.

I’d appreciate anyone telling me an Apple TV subscription includes access to EPIX content with no added cost, or is there an added charge? We activated EPIX on our device via our Apple TV subscription and saw nothing about any extra cost, so we believed it was included. If not, how would we go about canceling? Thanks!

There is no ‘Apple TV subscription’. What you have is a subscription to Apple TV+ (note the Plus), which covers the Apple TV+ content (Apple Originals) exclusively. Epix or any of the other Apple TV app Channels are separate subscriptions, at additional cost, exactly as indicated when signing up for it: first a 7 day free trial for new subscribers, followed by a monthly fee.
