You are not going to be able to change your cellular service on a SIM card to an eSIM. Your carrier, if they provide service on an eSIM, will definitely be able to do that. Contact your carrier and ask their support team to switch convert your service from the SIM card to an eSIM. You will have to provide the eSIMs IMEI number etc. to them. Once it is complete then you will be able to remove the SIM card and receive cellular service only on your eSIM.
