I have ordered Macbook, but received an email to call Apple

Hello, I have ordered a Macbook from the website but I have been receiving an email again and again from Apple that I should call them as soon as possible. But when I am trying to call them, it is asking for some kind of digits to be entered. I haven't received any digits. Can someone help me with that?

Without exact confirmation of actual contact from Apple support or authorized sales, I'd be suspicious of an email.

Try to directly contact an official Apple sales or Support to confirm that some email is really valid ~ not a scam.

While this may seem inconvenient, we've no way to confirm a random email does/not contain phishing or scams.

What's the Domain?

To clarify that this is Apple, what is the domain of the site? Is it apple.com? If not, then it may be a phishing site you've used.
