Display language

I’m in Canada. When I set my iPhone display language as Canadian, all the spellings are US (E.g. "control center" instead of "control centre"). How do I change this?

In the tech specs, "language support" only mentions US, UK, and Australia for English. This means that the display language has not yet been localized for Canadian spellings.
