I moved from Germany to Sweden. To change the region in the App Store settings, I had to cancel all my subscriptions and subscribe to everything again in Sweden. But now, in the new settings, I can't see the created playlists in Apple Music. How can I restore the playlists? Thank you for any advice! Tomas

From the resource we provided, you would have needed to redownload your previous purchases before changing regions. You may need to recreate your playlists.
