How can I install Apple iOS or higher on my cell ?? I have an Apple iPhone 5s.

Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings to update it to 12.5.4. If you encounter a specific issue, describe it in this thread.

Thanks Neil, I went to Software Update, but it said that my iOS 10.3 is up to date, with no options to update to iOS 12.3.4. My phone is over 6 years old, so it might be unable to update to the newer iOS options.

You do not have a 5s. You have a 5. Not the same thing.

Your phone is obsolete (so is a 5s for that matter) and can not run anything higher than it already has.
