iPhone is locked, passcode doesn't work
my iPhone is locked, and the passcode won't work. But it is the same passcode as my iPad that does work

The passcode for the lock screen does not have to be the same between devices. If you cannot access the iPhone because the passcode is not working, you will need to restore the device. Follow the instructions here, If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
