I have 3 Apple IDs and I cannot access the purchases from two of them on my new Apple devices. Is there a way to transfer the purchases to my current Apple ID and delete the other two?

You can't transfer purchases between Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
