I already canceled a Fitbit subscription earlier than the date that I was suppose to. It now doesn't say that I have unsubscribe and still says that the subscription is active. The app also says that the subscription is still active too.

I am wondering how I can fix the problem on my phone if I canceled a subscription already but it won't cancel. I canceled it earlier than the subscription date that I was supposed to. Is there any way that I can fix this?

iPhone 12, iOS 14

Hi jarkets211,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you have some questions about a subscription. We're happy to provide some information to help.

It sounds like you've already used the steps in the resource below to cancel a subscription. Just to be sure we do recommend giving those steps a second look.

How to cancel a subscription from Apple

If you've followed those steps, and you're now seeing the subscription still showing "active" this would be expected if the renew date hasn't passed. This indicates that you'll still have access to that app until the renew date passes. If you're seeing a "next billing date" showing, that would indicate the subscription is not cancelled. If the option to cancel isn't showing, reach out here: Contact Apple Support

Thanks
