How do I upload a screen shot to Apple wallet?

I am trying to upload my personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record to my Apple wallet. How do I do this. I have created a screenshot. Directions say to then upload it to the wallet. I can’t fins a way to do that.

Are you sure they mean the Apple Wallet, or are they referring to a Wallet in this covidwallet app you mention. Someone from California asked a similar question earlier, and when looking at the California Department of Health's website, it said for an iPhone to just take a screenshot of the card and save it in Photos. It did not appear to have a way to save it to the Apple Wallet.
