Notability App won't update

My notability app won't update. I've tried to update it manually but it looks like my iTunes doesn't recognize my Apple ID. I changed the password and tried again but it's still saying incorrect password. What should I do?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

It sounds like you're having issues updating an app. We can understand wanting to look into that further. We want to help.


It sounds like the app may have originally been downloaded using a different Apple ID than the one you're trying to sign in with. You may want to delete the app and download it using your current Apple ID.
