Find My iPhone satellite image really old

Last week all of the sudden the satellite image that shows location on Find My iPhone is about 5 years old. It had been showing the same images as Apple Maps. Why is this happening??

When I visited my daughter over the weekend at her house (100 miles from me), I checked again and it showed the new correct satellite image. But when I went back to my house it shows the old image again (a field). This bugs me!!
