Recovering information from a water-damaged phone that won't turn on

I got my iPhone X water-damaged (sat in a hot tub on and off for 30 minutes) and it hasn't turned on since. I put it in rice for 12 hours, let it airdry for another 12, tried turning it on, then leaving it on charge and it's still off. Is there any way to recover the information on there, like by sending it to a technician?

iPhone X, iOS 14

Apple does not work on water damaged devices.

Apple doesn’t do data recovery.

You would need to find a third party service that would attempt it.

It is probably going to be expensive and there is no guarantee they will succeed.

Should have kept backups before you destroyed your phone.
