How to makes Safari stop unzip my file?

Like title, how to disable it? I find some ways but most of it is for older Mac version...

safari won't allow me to save web page Hi, I have MacBook Air, M1 working with macOS Ventura 13.1. Safari is Version 16.2 (18614.3.7.1.5). From today Safari won't allow me to save web page, on dialog 'save' button is disabled, and I could only quit dialog with escape key. Saving downloads file which use same dialog has the same problem. I saw that others had the same problem, does anybody knows solution without reinstalling OS again? Thanks for your answers.

If you mean how to stop Safari from unzipping automatically downloaded archives, then uncheck Open "safe" files after downloading in Safari's Preferences -> General.
