Why haven't I received my products yet?

I ordered Pro Apps Bundle for Education on July 28, 2021. It is now August 24, 2021 and I still haven't received my products via email. Why?

That is most unusual. It should take less than a day.

Did you check to see if the e-mail was caught as if it were spam?

If it is not there, you will need to contact Apple support directly.
