Not able to send sms to any number . Please help
I have same problem and tested the sim with a different phone and sms went through (confirmed on receiver phone).
I found several old articles and videos on internet that go through steps to change messaging center number on iphone, but I keep getting error when I follow the same steps to change SMS messaging center number. Can anyone from apple support help solve this problem?
SMS/MMS are carrier features.
Talk to your carrier and make sure your SMS/MMS plans are provision properly by them.

No, SMS has nothing to do with Apple.
Apple iMessage to other Apple devices use your Apple ID or your phone number.
