when will I receive my refund?
I’ve requested a refund yesterday and I today I received an email that my request has been approved. May I ask when will I receive it and will I get notified if its okay? Thank you!

It's a really bad idea to post your email address/ID in a public forum, even in an image - it's an invitation to spam and a security risk - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
The refund can take up to 30 days to appear, depending on the payment method. Please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904
