Need to Download Swift Playgrounds 2.2

I have just bought a 2nd hand iPad mini 2 to download swift playgrounds and I’m so upset as it seems I cannot download it from the App Store as I don’t have iOS 13.4.

When I googled it it said I could with a mini 2.....

does anyone know where I can download the older version to the one in the App Store please

Swift Playgrounds now has a minimum requirement for iOS/iPadOS 13.4. As such, older devices (including the iPad Air1, mini2 and mini3 - all limited to iOS 12.5.4) cannot run Swift Playgrounds.

To run swift playgrounds, you must have an iPad capable of running iPadOS 13/14. As such, you cannot use any of these iPad models:

iPad1 - iOS 5.1.1
iPad2, iPad3 and iPad mini1 - iOS 9.3.5 (WiFi Only models), iOS 9.3.6 (WiFi & Cellular)
iPad4 - iOS 10.3.3 (WiFi Only), iOS 10.3.4 (WiFi & Cellular)
iPad Air1, iPad mini2 and iPad mini3 - iOS 12.5.4

All newer models, not appearing in this list, are all able to be updated to the current version, iPadOS 14.7.1
