It sounds like you’re receiving the same message multiple times on your device. We’d like to help.


To better understand the issue, we have a few questions we’d like to ask.


Does this happen with a specific contact? Or multiple contacts that you’re messaging?


Are the messages incoming as a combination of iMessage and SMS/MMS?


Is it possible that the sender is sending multiples of the same message accidentally?


Try to restart your device and then test again to see if the issue continues.

It happens with only certain texts and no they only send it once but I receive 4 to 5 times. I did shut my phone down and restart but that did not work. I also tried resetting my network settings and that did not work. Where I work , is in an all metal building factory, and their connections through phone service is All T-Mobile, they use to carry Verizon mobile service but switched, I will be contraction Verizon and ask them about my issue

Is this only happening in this specific location? If so, it could likely be due to service or network availability especially if messages are sending or delivering as SMS/MMS when you're using iMessage, for example. Checking with your carrier service provider would be a good next step if you've isolated this to a specific location.
