BLACK SPOT AT LOWER LEFT SIDE - IPHONE 11

After reviewing your post, it seems like you have a dim spot on the bottom corner of the screen. If you adjust the brightness does it affect the corner? If it still remains dark you may need to have the iPhone evaluated for service.
