Regarding subscription

I have a subscription for Discovery plus for 1 year, however, I have cancelled it from Iphone when I was using 1 year ago, however, it is still active and looking to charge my card. I would like to cancel this subscription in case if it is active. I am unable to find this from my account settings through desktop. Please let me know what can be done.
