iCloud, AppStore and itunes

Hi I have recently got a new phone and when I download an app on AppStore it says that my AppStore and iTunes is disabled what shall I do?

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
