Can I upgrade 128 gb SSD to 512 gb SSD in MacBook Pro 2020 OS Big Sur ?

Currently,i am using external SSD ,but want to increase internal ssd storage.

No.

Internal storage is soldered to the logic board during manufacture (Surface Mount Technology) , therefore point of purchase only.
