Keynote Collab on iCloud

Hi! I am trying to collaborate with my colleague on several keynote presentations and for some reason the fonts and the formats don't seem to translate to our devices. We both have the latest update on our macbook pro as well as keynote software...We both have the fonts already installed on our devices, but it is still missing and changes - any help would greatly be appreciated!
