my recent transactions have not updated since aug 5. i share the acct with my husband and they are updating on his phone. how do i correct this issue?

Hi, I can certainly understand how frustrating that must be. Please make sure your iPhone is updated to iOS 14.7.1 and then log out of and back into your Apple ID/iCloud account. That has resolved the issue for other community members. Please post a reply if you continue to have issues.

OK, this has gotten more involved than just transactions updating. If the virtual card is not in your Wallet App and can’t be added to the Wallet via the steps below, a call to Apple Support will be needed.

I’m in the same boat. Mine has not and will not but my wife’s is fine. Must be a family sharing glitch. Apple support has been trying to fix it with chief engineers and they can’t figure it out. UGH 😭
yep! i’ve been working with apple support for over a month to no avail. it’s quite frustrating. i was hoping with a few updates they’d have gotten it fixed but they have not. i hadn’t thought about the family sharing connection. they keep working on apple pay but maybe they need to work on family sharing.
yes, i’m still able to use the card to make purchases but i cannot see the actual transactions. i’m still getting statements…of course.. haha. i even looked online at card.apple.com and it redirects me back to my phone to see the transaction list, which of course isn’t there😕
It works again with iOS 15.1. I upgraded my phone and removed the Apple Card from the wallet. Then rebooted. Once back I turned off wallet in my iCloud settings. Then I re-added the Apple Card to my wallet and the transactions update for the first time since May.
that was a great idea however my card is no longer available in wallet. i’ll try rebooting my phone to see if it reappears.
still not there. any suggestions?

I just checked my wife’s wallet and it is updated but not mines.
i just updated again and still no fix. i’m at 15.0.1
Yeah is a disaster. They need to fix this.
