iOS 12 is the final version for iPhone 6. Currently 12.5.4.
iOS 13 and iOS 14 are not supported by iPhone 6.
iPhone 6 has half the memory of the oldest supported iPhone, the iPhone 6s.
There are no hardware upgrades.
Your option is a newer (used) or new iPhone.
