How to log into iTunes?

I continuously keep trying to log into iTunes and when I enter my Apple ID and Password nothing happens.

What version of iTunes do you have installed? You should be using iTunes 12.8.2.3. Disable any VPN. Reboot your router and computer and try again. Failing that it may pay to check for malware with a free trial of Malwarebytes.
