Network disconnects upon using location services

Hey! Since a couple of weeks back, when I use any app that uses location services (including Maps) my cellphone network immediately disconnects, I had to disable all location services from the privacy option to avoid this happening but then I cannot use apps that require location.

I just updated my iOS version and the problem is still there. I also thought it was a problem with my network provider so after going back and forth with them for a while with no solution I changed my provider and the problem is still there.

I have reset both my network settings and the complete phone settings and still no solution.

Any guidance you could offer??
