Software upgrade
I cannot update my IPad Pro to the latest software. It keeps failing and I need to download Netflix and can only do so on a 14.0 software and above

If your iPad Pro is still running iPadOS 13, it will be very difficult to update it wirelessly to the most recent version 14.7.1.
I suggest that you try to update it via USB connected to a computer running iTunes (PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac).
If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends, or ask for Help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
