My I phone does not shut done. I can not use phone or browser .It don't let me connect to computer .Ieven if I Trust it says the phone does not trust computor

My I phone doe snot shut down. None of the icons work. I can not use phone or able to connect I phone to apple computer. Even if I say just the computer screen shows I phone does not trust the computor
