Remove app data in a proper way (Facebook, Messenger, etc)

Hi all,

I am trying to remove my Facebook Apps like Facebook, Messenger, instagram from my iOS phone and iPad.

I delete the Apps and they seems to be gone.. To be sure I restarted the phone several times. Waited 24h and force restarted again...When I install Facebook it automatically shows the accounts again.

Is there a way to delete the cache completely for the iOS/iPadOS after removing an application?

How can I permanently remove Messenger and Clubhouse from my phone? I want to permanently delete Messenger app and Clubhouse from my phone. I see no articles on how to do this. The only option the phone gives me is “Remove App From Homescreen” I don’t want to remove them from home screen, I want them totally gone because I will never use them again. I don’t want to see them in my App Library. when viewing app in the App Library, holding on it will only allow me to Add it back to my homescreen. How do I remove Facebook permantly from my iPhone? Latest version of Facebook and Messenger doesn't allow to remove them permanently. Only removes them from the Home Screen, not from the Library. How can I remove them permanently ? I don't want to share my data with Facebook. Thanks
