I followed the directions in making a payment on my Apple Card. Nothing happened. Can I have a person help me make payments the first time?

I have both an installment plan to pay off my MackBook. I also used my Apple Card to pay wireless mouse and keyboard. I'm confused because I can't seem to get my statement on my new iPhone 12mini. Is there a way to speak to support?

Statements are issued shortly after the end of the month. I received an email that my July statement was available on August 2. In addition to paying on your phone as described in How to make Apple Card payments - Apple Support another option is to use any internet browser and go to https://card.apple.com/
