Hi, can you please try and help me sort this out. My contacts names don’t show up rather they show up as no caller id. I have tried shutting down my phone , I have tried resetting network settings and I have also turned off and on contacts on iCloud. But nothing has worked if you know how to fix this please help me. Thank you.

If you don’t have Groups you have only one group. Do you see your contacts with their phone numbers?
Tap Settings
Now tap Phone
Scroll to the bottom. Dial Assist is the last entry at the bottom.
Ye I don’t have that for some reason.
Open the Contacts app, tap Groups in the upper left corner, and verify that all groups are checked.
Then go to Settings/Phone and make sure Dial Assist is enabled.

Also I don’t have dial assist for some reason I even searched YouTube and I don’t have it I have no clue why. Like there isn’t any place I can turn it on or off.
Only some cellular carriers offer Dial Assist.
Have you changed country or region, or might some different region be involved?
I don’t think so cause this phone is only like 2 months old and my carrier is SKy.
