Apple TV remote repair

The glass on my 4K AppleTV remote broke and I want to get it replaced. Can I do that with apple or do I need to order a new remote?

Accidental damage is not covered by warranty, but you can pay the out of warranty fee for a replacement through Apple's warranty service.

You’d need to order a new remote. The only service available for the remote is regarding the battery.

The same remote isn’t available anymore. The current Siri Remote (2nd generation) is compatible, if you have tvOS 14.5 or later. The current Siri Remote (2nd generation) doesn’t have glass components, so it is less fragile. However, to help minimize damage from dropping, you may want to look into silicone remote cases, if dropping remotes on hard surfaces is likely in your household.
